Inconsistent Comforts at Beachside
faulty a c missing champagne
The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat, a real issue since my room faced the sun. Staff suggested opening windows. Security wasn't thrilled with that. housekeeping took away an unopened champagne bottle. I didn't get to enjoy it then, did I. Staff customer service could have been more responsive, too. I lost my phone, called repeatedly, and got no answer.

unreliable lifts raw chop
the location of the hotel was acceptable (close to everything i needed).
the lifts were a complete joke. they seemed to have a mind of their own, and i spent far too long waiting for them. also, i found a pork chop at dinner that was completely raw in the middle (i complained, but no apology was given).

large bed complimentary safe excellent location ineffective air conditioning crowded pool peeling tiles
the bed in my superior double room was amazingly large. i found the complimentary safe to be a very nice and useful addition. the location was also excellent with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work very effectively. the pool on the rooftop was smaller than i expected and looked quite crowded. i noticed some peeling tiles in the pool, which detracted from the experience.

a mediocre stay
small room improper cleaning
the location was alright as it was close to the beach.
the room i had gotten was way to small and i was not able to move comfortably i reminded me of i was staying in a closet and did not enjoy it. the room was also not properly cleaned before my arrival, i discovered some hairs in the shower area. it was quite disgusting.
